5. Damages & Lost Shipments
Xplore Auto is not responsible for any products that are damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive a damaged package, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. Be sure to keep all packaging materials and damaged items as proof.

1. Refund Eligibility
Our refund policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.

3. Refunds (If Applicable)
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm its reception and inform you whether your refund has been approved or denied.
If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a certain timeframe.

6. Return Shipping
Before returning any item, contact us by email so we can provide instructions on how to proceed.
Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility and non-refundable.
If a refund is approved, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on your location, exchange delivery times may vary.
If returning an item over €75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of the returned item.
