Refund Policy – Xplore Auto
1. Refund Eligibility
Our refund policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.
Non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your return.
3. Refunds (If Applicable)
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm its reception and inform you whether your refund has been approved or denied.
If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a certain timeframe.
4. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company, as processing times may vary.
- Contact your bank, as some processing delays may occur.

5. Exchanges (If Applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at contact@xplore-auto.com.
6. Return Shipping
Before returning any item, contact us by email so we can provide instructions on how to proceed.
- Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility and non-refundable.
- If a refund is approved, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
- Depending on your location, exchange delivery times may vary.
- If returning an item over €75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of the returned item.
