All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.

2. Shipping Times & Fees

  • Free Standard Shipping: Available for all orders within Europe, with an estimated delivery time of 5 to 8 business days.
  • Express Shipping: Faster delivery available for an additional fee, with shipping times reduced to 2 to 4 business days.

3. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package via our website or directly on the carrier's tracking page.

4. Delivery Delays

While we strive to meet all delivery deadlines, unforeseen delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as customs processing, weather conditions, or carrier issues. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

5. Damages & Lost Shipments

Xplore Auto is not responsible for any products that are damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive a damaged package, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. Be sure to keep all packaging materials and damaged items as proof.
